This book offers a comprehensive introduction to the principles of Nonviolent Communication from the Marshall Rosenberg, the creator of Nonviolent Communication.

What you can expect

Every session of the practice group will focus on a particular chapter of the book. Each fortnight, we will individually read a chapter and come together to revise the concept and put it into practice.

The practice group sessions will be of two hours duration.

The session will include some input from the facilitator, followed by practice, reflection and sharing in breakout rooms to allow for application and integration.
